Ho realizzato questo foto reportage durante il Trounwiessel, la cerimonia del cambio di trono in Lussemburgo. Attraverso il mio obiettivo Leica ho voluto raccontare l’emozione di un momento storico, in cui la tradizione e la solennità si intrecciano con la partecipazione viva della gente. Le mie immagini cercano di cogliere non solo l’aspetto ufficiale dell’evento, ma anche i dettagli più umani: gli sguardi, i gesti, l’attesa e la gioia condivisa. È stato un privilegio assistere e documentare un passaggio di testimone così significativo per il Paese, simbolo di continuità e rinnovamento.

My photo reportage was taken during the Trounwiessel, the ceremony marking the change of throne in Luxembourg. Through my Leica lens, I wanted to capture the emotion of a historic moment, where tradition and solemnity intertwine with the living participation of the people. My images seek to reveal not only the official aspect of the event, but also its more human details — the glances, the gestures, the waiting, and the shared joy. It was a privilege to witness and document such a meaningful passing of the torch for the country, a symbol of continuity and renewal.
